Tonight we thought we'd try out Essie's bathtub for the first time. Spongebaths are just not that fun. We used the sling insert so her bellybutton/cord wouldn't get wet (boy we can't WAIT for that yucky thing to fall off!) We thought she might enjoy it a lil more. We filled it with warm water up to her bottom and back and boy she really liked that! She was very very very relaxed...until her daddy began washing her. Then she got very very very mad! Essie does NOT cry very much so it was hard on this here momma to hear! She finally calmed down a lil when we wrapped her up in her kitty hooded towel and fed her a bottle. Then it was baby lotion and pajamas for this little girl!
