Essie is 23 Weeks today and I just about screamed she looked so cute in this outfit today! Oh how I've always pictured my lil girl one day wearing a little smocked outfit like this one. I found this one at a consignment sale this year and flipped...it's Strasburg and I got it for next to nothing. She looked just like a little babydoll...oh my heart.
