Today our brick guys came out and built our mailbox and front stairs out of our spare bricks. However, they used the wrong bricks for the mailbox. They used the wrong bricks that were sent to us earlier. So it doesn't match the house. And then our concrete pad was not big enough for the mailbox to have two planters on each side. So they put only one planter in so it looks kinda funny. I hope that it looks better once we put a plant in it and the brick weathers some. Then our porch wasn't high enough to put the stairs that we wanted in. We wanted curved steps but got these instead. We kinda just gave our brickers creative freedom which probably wasn't the best idea. Oh well...life goes on.
