13 Months old....

Well I'm a few days late posting this but Essie Claire...you just turned 13 months old!!!

All I can say is that right now...this very time is my favorite so far.  You are such a lovable little one! You are soooo full of life and personality.  You crack us up on a daily basis and are growing and learning by leaps and bounds every single day!!! You are honestly a toddler now and not a baby!  In one way it makes me sad to see stages go but then again excited at how much you are growing!

Here's what you are up to these days:

• You weigh 21 pounds...size 3 diapers, size 3 (almost 4) shoes, size 12 months clothes.
• You are starting to be a picky eater....there are days that you just don't want to eat anything at all!!!
• You are such a stinkin climber...you've learned to climb onto chairs, the couch, and out of you crib which resulted in a nasty fall! You are very determined to climb any and all furniture!
• You say ALOT of words! Here is what you say right now: Right now you can say: bye-bye, hi, daddy/dada, mommy/mama, nana, pa, meemaw & peepaw, ra-ra (sarah), maggie, tucker, baba (bottle), more (with the sign language), baby, momo (elmo), no, bark, yeah, ball, moooo, puppy, and bite.  You also say the animal sounds for puppy and cow.  And you said your first sentence the other day while looking at your favorite book.  You said "brown bear, brown bear. see. I see a."
• You are a fast walker/runner these days! We love to watch you run all over this house!
• You have 8 teeth...four on top and four on bottom.  You are working on some molars we think.
• You love, love, love to flip through books and have them read to you.  Your favorite books are Sandra Boynton books and "Brown Bear, Brown Bear".
• You also love your babies very much and tote them around.
• You hate to sleep with any blankets and you get very mad when we put any covers on you.
