superheroes & dress up

Friday at school was our big testing kickoff and we had our same "superhero" theme we had last year! This year I was dressed as the "Scrap Rapper" and performed a rap about using your scrap paper to the tune of "Ice Ice Baby".  One of the things I love so much about my school is that we really go above and beyond to make learning fun for the kiddos...even when we do have to lose our dignity for it.

Essie is all about dressing up lately.  She is always finding our shoes, her clothes to put on.  At one point to day she had on two whole outfits at once.  Here are just a few things she had on today!
