At walmart tonight Travis and I were tickled to find all these great political masks. We saw Obama, McCain, and Hillary masks. We just HAD to try them out. We couldn't stop laughing!

Addie Baby!!!
More baby stuff

These are some items we bought immediately after we found out we were expecting. I ordered this bib online from http://www.cafepress.com/. They have really cute stuff. I bought this Red Wolves shirt the morning after we found out. They'll both go into our baby closet for the time being! ;)

These boots were made for...

Travis and I began "trying" to get pregnant while on vacation in Nashville. We wanted to get something there for our future baby just in case we got lucky on our first try. We looked everywhere and couldn't really find what we wanted. Then we were at the Grand Ole' Opry that one night. We stopped by the shop before the show and came across these little cowboy boots. We loved them immediately. They were unisex and represented Nashville to us. The only problem was that they were being held by another lady. So I kinda stalked her a little bit and waited for her to put them down. She did, I snatched them up! We were lucky enought to get pregnant in Nashville, but unfortunately we lost the baby. But we do look forward to putting these on our next little one!

New Love
This may be wierd post for some of you non-teachers. However, a good pencil sharpener is the key to a well run classroom. No joke. You cannot have just any ole' sharpener from walmart. No, no, no. You have to get the awesome pencil pro sharpener from Office Max. It's $30 of pure glory! It sharpens super fast, doesn't overheat, and doesn't need to be emptied every few minutes. It has made my teaching life so much easier to not have to waste time sharpening pencils all the time! :)
What???
Okay, when Travis and I were attending ASU we went to maybe a handful of games during that 6 year period. The Indians...well, um, sucked. They were practically begging people to attend the games. They were required to have 14,000 fans in the stadium each game and failed that many times. ASU football was a joke needless to say, especially compared to the Razorbacks!!!
Well, well. Now look at this! We saw this poll on the LITTLE ROCK news tonight. This is not a poll taken here in NEA. This poll asked people who was the best Arkansas college football team. And do you see who's right there at the top??? Oh, yeah baby! That's the Red Wolves. Howl yes!!! :)
My hubbie on the news!
Follow this link to check out my hubbie shopping for those great deals at the Design Shoppe. Look for his bright green shirt in the crowd!!!

Doctor Follow-up
Today was supposed to be my first ultrasound. After the miscarriage the nurse advised that we go ahead and keep the appointment for an annual checkup and to talk to the doctor. So we went. I really, really, really like Dr. Hong! He was very informative and gave us much hope for a full term pregnancy! He wants me to come in next week for some bloodwork to check out my hormone levels to check to see if I have enough hormone to carry a pregnancy. He also gave me a sheet to track my temperature to determine when I am ovulating. He gave us the go ahead to start trying again as soon as we are ready! So we could possibly be preggo by the end of this month! His recommendation: get busy, busy, busy! That's the best doctor's orders I've ever been given! ;)
