Pancake Pantry

We slept in today and then got up and went to Pancake Pantry. We waited an hour just to get inside the building. Then we waited another 45 minutes for the food but it was well worth it. I had the Sweet Potato Pancakes & Travis had the Swiss Chocolate Pancakes. Both were delish!!! Then we went to Macy's to shop a little but the mall was soooo crazy we didn't stay long. This evening we went to San Antonio Taco Company (thanx Joslyn for the tip) and Ben & Jerry's for dessert. Both were really good as well. Now we're relaxing at the hotel getting stuff ready for us to leave early tomorrow morning!
