15 weeks
Hellllooo 2nd Trimester! I am thrilled to report that the nausea/food aversions/utter, pure exhaustion have subsided! I do have more energy but am still tired and have to take breaks quite often. Thanks to my new-found energy we got all our Christmas decorations out AND up last weekend and I've been able to check several things off my "to-do" list. Baby House has grown into the size of an orange.
Maternity clothes? Not quite yet but I can definitely tell more "growth" this second time around. I cannot button any pants I own and have to do the "rubber band trick"...which is super annoying with all the potty trips
Stretch marks? ha. Just Essie's leftovers!
Sleep: Decent...I loooove to be in bed by 8:30 most night and I crash. I'm up at least twice a night for bathroom breaks.
Best moment this week: might have felt a little flutter!
Movement: possibly...think I felt some flutter the other day
Food cravings: nothing really...
Gender: we find out in a few weeks!
What I miss: having "normal" sinuses...pregnancy rhinitis is NOT my friend.
What I am looking forward to: Thanksgiving break...resting
Biggest complaint: sinuses (headaches, drainage, dizziness), hormones
Milestones: nothing really this week...

13 weeks...
So we are at 13 weeks now...it still doesn't feel "real". Second time around has definitely been different...with E pregnancy was all I could think/talk about and this time around it's more in the back of my mind. We did get to go to my check-up and get an ultrasound. Essie got to go with us and our doctor was soooo great with her and explained every single step. We saw baby wiggle and flip and Essie swears she saw the baby smile and wave at her! His/her little hands were right up by it's face the whole time. Our next appointment is in 5 weeks and we will know the gender!
Here is baby!!! Heartrate was 161...I have thought BOY all along but that heartrate made us think...hmmm.
This week baby has grown into the size of a peach. I'm still slowly starting to feel better. I've cooked at home most nights and don't feel as nauseous/wiped out most days. I def feel preggo these days and am having the use the ole rubberband trick with my pants now! I'm just now quite ready to bust out the maternity clothes just yet! :)

Pumpkin Patch, Princess Ball, and Halloween...
I am horrible at blogging these days! So here are several things rolled into one looooong post!!!
Back in early October our kindergarten had a field trip to the pumpkin patch! It was so fun riding the bus with Essie...her daddy met us there and took great pictures. I was so thankful since I didn't see her class the whole day! She had a blast and I think getting to ride the bus was her favorite part.
This year E wanted to be Dorothy from Oz so hubs went as the TinMan and I as the Scarecrow. E was all about trick or treating even though it was SUPER cold!!!

Our local Chick fila hosted it's annual Royal Ball...we went for the 3rd year in a row. This year's theme was "Frozen" but high winds ripped up their tents and a lot of things had to be moved indoors so it wasn't as fun as usual. E still had a blast and even got to have her first dance with a cute boy from her kindergarten class!

12 Weeks
So this week our baby has grown into a plum! I'm slowly starting to feel better, more normal. I've gotten more energy (a little at least) and the nausea is no longer all day...just at times. It seems worse in the morning, around noon, and around 4 o'clock. I'm hungry all.the.time without having any appetite. I get so sick of eating. I have to pack snacks galore each day for work because I have to have a bite of something every few hours. Essie is so sweet...she will say "momma are you feeling bleh?" She tries to be help as much as she can and she is still full of questions. We get to go back to the doctor and see our little plum on Thursday and this time she gets to come with us. She is beyond excited!!! I'm excited to get to see him/her again and see that everything is well!
