Last night we closed on our refinance loan so rather than a construction loan we now have a mortgage loan. Our loan officer gave us this nice Tyler Candle (one of my favs)as a gift. Then afterwards we kept our tradition and went to Coltons for dinner. After we closed on our very first house, we went to Coltons. Then we went again after we closed on our lot loan, construction loan, and now this mortgage loan. We never go to Coltons otherwise and it's kinda fun to continue the tradition! Even though neither of us are particularly fond of Coltons!!!
