Christmas in Batesville

We went down to Batesville to celebrate Christmas a week early.  This was Lottie's first Christmas celebration and she loved the attention and wrapping paper the most.  Essie racked up on Monster High dolls and we all played the "Pie in the Face" game.  We even made a late night trip down to the river to see the lights...it was sooo pretty!

Lottie you are SEVEN months!!!
Here is what you are up to these days:

• You weight right at 15 pounds and wear mostly 3-6 mos clothes.  You are still tiny!
• You crawl everywhere...everywhere.  And pull up on everything...even Tucker.  You scare us with how reckless you are!
• You say "dada", "papa", "mama", "hi and bye"
• You love to eat baby food.
• You think Essie is the funniest person in the whole world.
• You have the BEST gummy, toothless grin in the whole wide world!
• You are very easy going and love to observe.
• You think deeply and have the best eyebrow expressions.
• We love you very much!!!!

Christmas Extravaganza

We had our annual Christmas Extravaganza at school last week...Essie looked forward to it all week! She got to play games and little sister hung out with me in the karaoke room!

Thanksgiving

We hosted Thanksgiving at our house again this year.  I love spending all day in the kitchen and having everyone come to our house.  We had way to much food...ate until we were sick...and even got a bit of shopping done.  Lottie truly enjoyed her first Thanksgiving and refused to nap all day until right as the food was ready to eat...ha!

6 months

Lottie gal...you are SIX months old! One half a year! How can that be?! You are a bundle of personality right now....

• You weigh just under 15 pounds and are wearing 3-6 month size clothes, size 2 diapers, and shoes are still too big!
• You have learned to sit up really well and CRAWL this month!
• You love to eat real food and beg for food all day long.
• You can say "hi" "bye" dada".
• You wave the cutest, girliest waver ever.
• You have had several ear infections and we think you are teething.  
• You are happy 99 percent of the time and are always smiling.
• Your sister is still your favorite person..you light up and grin from ear to ear when you see her!
• You are finally getting some hair!
