First here is a pic of essie sound asleep the other morning!

And here is her this morning entertaining herself in an unconventional method while mommy and daddy get ready!

We spend the whole day going to flea markets and rummage sales in search of a small wooden chair that we could paint for her birthday pictures. We went to no less than a dozen places and spent 4 hours! Finally we found one at the last place on the list...the one right next to our house. Ugh...that is how it works right???

And this evening I baked a little mini cake so I can practice for her smash cake for her upcoming pictures as well. I let her lick the icing spatula...just a few licks before I took it away!

And on a completely different note....Travis received an email this evening that he is on the final (to be interviewed) list for a job in Hot Springs with the Forestry Department. So hopefully he will get an interview!
