We had a great 4th of July...my parents and niece came down to eat lunch with us. Travis made some baby back ribs and my parents brought down a delicious brisket...seriously good. We also grilled up some squash and cabbage and had some yummy baked beans. (I'm posting the recipes on my recipe blog for several of those). We pretty much just hung out, enjoying the cooler temps, and shooting off a few small fireworks. Tucker had the BEST time out of anybody...he played in the swimming pool and chased the fireworks all day. We were so tired last night that we didn't even go watch the fireworks at the fairgrounds! Our last fourth of July without Essie Claire!
